Professional Development: What do you have?  What do you want?  What do you need?

A recent Study completed by Dr. Michael Robert Hepner and Dr. Jeffery Kauffman shows that adjuncts across the nation are desperate for professional development.  They are tired of hearing that professional development isn’t available due to lack of interest…  they’re interested!!!

Q1:  What types of professional development is offered to adjuncts at your particular institution?

Q2:  What types of professional development do you need?

Q3:  What types of professional development do you want?
